RETURNING HOME FROM CAMP

Camp Closes Saturday, August 13th. You will let us know via the Transportation Form how your child will be retuning home from Camp at the end of the summer. If this changes, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please do not rely upon email alone, as it is not 100% reliable. In addition, we cannot rely upon second hand reports of travel changes from your children during the summer, nor can we remember travel arrangements from last year without being reminded (we’re good, but not that good!). We thank you for your assistance in our travel planning.

TRAVEL BY BUS

To BOSTON

Boston Area Campers will be arriving by bus at Riverside MBTA station between 9:30 and 10:00 AM Saturday the 13th.  The station is at Exit 22 on Route 128 (I-95).

To CONNECTICUT

Connecticut Campers will be dropped at Staples High School on Saturday, August 13th.  Our best time estimate is arrival between 11:00-12:15 PM, depending upon traffic conditions.

To NEW YORK

New York Area Campers will be arriving at the SUNY Purchase Arts Center Parking Lot between 1:15-2:00 PM Saturday the 13th.

To NEW JERSEY

New Jersey Campers will be arriving at the Marriott Hotel in Saddlebrook between 2:30-3:00 PM Saturday, August 13th.

TRAVEL BY PLANE from CAMP

If your child is traveling from Camp by plane please be in direct contact with the Camp Office no later than May 1st to confirm your child’s return travel plans.  Please make sure that you consult with Jason in the Camp Office before booking any return flights.  This summer we have children traveling to Camp from a dozen states and five countries, and it is crucial that we know the complete travel itinerary of each child.

TRAVEL FROM CAMP BY CAR —A SPECIAL NOTE…

Children driven home by car should be picked up between 8:15 and 8:45 AM.  Our buses leave by 8:15AM, and Camp becomes a very empty place very rapidly.  If you are planning to pick up your child please let us know ahead of time how their luggage will be traveling from Camp.
